1.1. What is EasyFlow Projekte?

1.3. Which Salesforce Edition do I need for EasyFlow Projekte?

EasyFlow is based on the use of a Salesforce SalesCloud Enterprise Edition by default. Higher SalesCloud editions are of course also supported.

The use of a Professional Edition is also possible. Your users can use EasyFlow with a SalesCloud or a Platform licence.

Please note that with a Platform licence you do not have access to the Opportunity object and the Offer object, which are necessary for the creation of projects. However, your platform licence users have access to all custom objects, i.e. projects, tickets and time entries.

1.4. Is EasyFlow Projekte available on the Salesforce AppExchange?

Yes, EasyFlow Projects is a managed package. You can find EasyFlow Projects on the Salesforce AppExchange here.

You can simply download EasyFlow Projects and set them up in your system yourself with the help of our detailed documentation. Of course, we are always happy to help you with any questions you may have!

EasyFlow projects are available for only 35 € / licence / month.

You get all the features for one price and have the flexibility to reduce and add licences monthly as you need.

1.6. Can I test EasyFlow Projekte beforehand?

Yes, you can easily test the EasyFlow projects before use.

1) Log in to the Salesforce AppExchange with your Salesforce credentials.
2) Download the free trial version via the "Get It Now" button.
3) Install the app according to the instructions in the documentation and try out all the functions without any restrictions.

You can test the licences free of charge for a full 30 days. Once the 30-day period has elapsed, the trial version expires - you do not have to explicitly cancel.

1.7. What happens after the download on the AppExchange?

After downloading EasyFlow projects on the AppExchange, your app must be configured and set up so that you can use it directly.

You have two options:

3. General Questions

3.1. Can I adapt EasyFlow to my company's needs?

EasyFlow is not a customised solution per se. Nevertheless, this is where the strength of a Salesforce-native app becomes apparent: you can take advantage of all the links and dependencies of your Salesforce objects and customise EasyFlow as you need it.

This gives you the opportunity to customise the apps to a certain degree, for example, when it comes to the degree of automation of certain processes, procedures or dependencies of objects.

3.2. Can I add licences at a later date?

Yes, you can add licences for new employees in your company at any time. And you can even do this in Self Service!

You will find the button "Manage licences" under "Configuration" in the app. Click on the button to open your customer area. Here you will find all the important information about your licences as well as the button "Order a new user licence".

In the next step you can select the desired number of new licences. You then have the opportunity to check your data again and place your order. If you notice any errors at this point or if your billing address has changed, please contact us briefly at support@easyflowapps.com.

After the placement, we will release your licences directly and you can use them.

4.1. I have a problem with EasyFlow. Who can I contact?

4.2. How can I give my administrator or support employee access to my account?

To grant your admin or one of our support staff access to your account, you need to go to your profile in your Salesforce Org and open the profile settings. Here you search for "Grant Account Login Access" and can now grant the desired persons access to your account for a period of time of your choice.
